Private Pool Inspectors with accounts approved before 7/12/20 need to use BPB prefix for password reset and BDC prefix for login 

Page request timeout can occur due to NSW Gov Dept. cookie accumulation. If you frequently visit NSW Gov Dept. websites please regularly clean out your cookies to assist prevent page processing issues. Cookies are stored locally so need to be cleared across web browsers and hardware devices.

 FIXED/COMPLETED 

14/1/25 ; We are aware of the RECAPTCHA error for new pool registration links and Register I.T are working on this. Council and Certifier account holders can still log in and add pool registrations.
